A simple drill involves the hip flexor stretch: kneel on one knee with the other foot in front, creating a 90-degree angle. Gently push your hips forward while keeping your back straight to feel a stretch in the hip flexor of the kneeling leg. Hold for 20-30 seconds and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps increase flexibility and range of motion in the hips, contributing to a more effective and powerful golf swing.
