I am still working on my swing review from Anthony.

Hi! I am still working on my swing review from Anthony... Two things strike me when I look at my swing: 1) My head is following my downswing (like David Duval or Annika Sörenstam) cannot be good for me right? 2) Is my arms starting the downswing too soon before my weight shift happens? Thanks, Luc

Hey Luc, To answer both of your concerns, it comes down to the beginning of your swing. The setup is a little more trail side biased. Your right shoulder is in front of the left. This move presses your hands forward of the ball. This forces you to start your loading your swing more with your arms. So in the downswing, you release your arms by rotating your shoulders, which is why your head follows. The move is subtle, but if you look at your lead foot, your heel moves back and repositions itself. That shows your arms are working faster in the sequence and your legs are adjusting. If you start the transition with weight shift, then your foot would not move, and your legs would bring the arms down.
