Happy Saturday Here’s an update on what the motion looks like.

Hey happy Saturday Here’s an update on what the motion looks like. I’ve been hitting some quality shots. The only thing the looks iffy to me is right before impact, my right thigh is like rolling into my left leg causing my heel to spin out . Plus my left shoulder looks like it’s going very vertical before impact. Could all of this be a setup or grip thing? I also implemented the j motion into the swing which helped me a lot. I had some trouble feeling the supination since I didn’t feel any load to supinate to begin with.

Hello Caden. Swing looking better and so is release. It is ok to use the trail leg for more hip power, but counter torque or slide back would cause some serious snap. Go to the Throw the Club Head Video. The staggered stance, or slight bowling slide back maneuver with trail foot/leg will create (less spin/more stall/bigger snap).
