I drank the RST koolaide back in 2016 after 40 years of weekend warrior golf.

I drank the RST koolaide back in 2016 after 40 years of weekend warrior golf and a 20 handicap. Thanks to the patience of Craig and watching the videos, I managed to get down to a 14 HI before severely traumatizing my lower back 4 years ago and being unable to swing a club. I kept my membership though and have watched the progress from 5 Step to Axiom to now the GOAT Code. I am finally healthy enough to start practicing again and at 60 years old and balsa wood vertebrae, need the most effortless swing possible. It seems like the “throw the club trail arm dominant” is the best for this but it seems to contradict the weight shift post up practices of the 5 step I used to try and groove. Is it fundamentally different? Sorry to be so long winded and yes Craig, I’m back! :)

Hey Greg. Welcome back! You put in the hard work. I was just yelling at you  The post up and weight transfer 100% still there. To achieve you may feel it a different way with your sequencing and core work. But, you don't have to un-learn all the good principles you trained.
