Craig & Chuck, I apologize in advance if this question was answered already.

Hi Craig & Chuck, I apologize in advance if this question was answered already, as I haven’t had a chance to watch the last couple of webinars yet. My brain short circuits when I get to the top of the back swing, then have to initiate the downswing. I have religiously watched the videos on initiating downswing with supination to understand if it is the “trigger I need to pull” to get the lateral shift/SB/rotation in the correct sequence. But I also know I have to make the lateral shift happen first otherwise my R elbow/arm has nowhere to go. I am making more of an effort to do this slowly, so I can feel the right sequence, but I just don’t have a good sense of what I should be initiating the down swing with. I would greatly appreciate some advice, thank you.

Hello Darryl. This is discussed a lot in a last few of the Wed Webinars. You will already be moved a bit laterally towards the lead side as you finish the backswing. The movement of the scapula and into side bend will naturally help get the pelvis/hips into position if the core is staying engaged throughout.
