Im a little confused.

Im a little confused. I admittedly need to go back to the start and do my swing reviews now that I have upgraded. I will do this when I get some free time. My question is regarding supernation vs throwing the club. I assume my hands naturally go into ulnar deviation after the supernation movement. I have recently started to feel real speed for the first time by throwing the club by supernating at the top. I get confused between the GOAT drill 4.9 and the "Throw the clubhead" Drill. Is it a case of once supernation is drilled in and starts to happen naturally that we can begin "throwing the clubhead" or is it one or the other?

I managed to carry my 7 iron consistently 140-150 metres today using both releases but was just hitting sky balls with the driver lol. Lots of work to do. the supernation at the top using the "goat drill" seemed to go furthest. It wasnt compressing much though. fairly high shots but still ok carry
