I got my swing review done and although it was very informative, I still feel.

I got my swing review done and although it was very informative, I still feel lost as to why I can hit flush shots one day and shank city the next. I’m a single digit handicap so this can be embarrassing. Plus I have no idea why. However today I noticed something in my swing that I do. My trail knee on downswing/transition goes towards the ball causing what I think is early extension. Can this be the cause of heel and shank strikes? I’ve worked on GDP and the supination part. But I find it hard to believe my hits can be perfect, but then a shank on the next. Could my right knee coming out towards the ball be the culprit ? You’ll notice how far my head moves back at impact. Crazy movement.

Hello Teva. The head movement back isn't a bad thing. You tend to really hand over the ball at setup with the upper half. Look a bit out of position. The trail knee does need to return in teh transition, but as you mentioned it continues to move towards the ball. I would clean up the setup (taller-chin line to edge of trail hand) and then work on doing some counter torque drills with the trail leg.
