Hello. I’ve made my way through most of the videos and my game has improved. I watched the reference video on the GOAT release - MF on trail hand is key, etc. The “shoulders and body are quiet” is a bit confusing when there are videos about weight shift, hip rotation, etc. Chuck makes it sound like just concentrating on the middle finger and “throwing” the club and releasing at the proper point is all you need to know because the rest “just happens” if you do that correctly. Can you enlighten me, please?

Hello Joseph. Some players already move their body correctly with a proper kinematic sequence in the throwing pattern due to prior hitting/throwing sports. Others need to train how to use the fascia and movements. The body must still work (power) as the hands deliver the (speed).
