O.K. I got an email from goaty this morning suggesting that I do a "hip coil drill".

O.K. I got an email from goaty this morning suggesting that I do a "hip coil drill". When I questioned goaty about the drill, it referred me to the " hip screw drill".After going through the list of drills ,I yet to find either of the drills. Can anyone tell me what drill I am supposed to be doing? Lester
