Flip - wrist and elbow pain

Back by unpopular demand. Here is a slow mo video of my swing and specifically my release. My arms seem to follow through towards the target vs around my body which is causing my wrists to break down and it also causes elbow pain. Would love a drill/ feel to ensure I’m releasing correctly. I’ve watched Chucks swing in slow motion a bunch but am struggling to replicate the follow through.. any tips would be great!

Hello Nathan. You don't need to try to swing left/turn the corner when releasing the club. It's tough from this angle to see how you are approaching from DTL. But, my suggestion is let's see what happens when you do a proper trail only release swing (Like Magic of Supination or GOAT Release Drill) because the lead hand will be more the control side but responds to the trail side input. Seeing that from FO would be more helpful.
