Trail side vs. Lead side dominant. How do I know which training should is right for me?

I’m new to the site and there is a lot of training here. I just noticed that there is training for both trail and lead side dominant swings. How do I choose which one to use? I’m 49 years old, 5’ 7” 155lb, have a very bad driver slice and my best game ever was a 114. I have poor wrist flexibility, and in general I’m not super flexible. I’m looking for an easy on the body, easy to learn, consistent swing. I don’t get out a lot, but really enjoy it so far.

Hey Rhyan, Welcome to the site, we are glad you are here. Just based on your notes looking for an easier on the body type swing, I probably would encourage more of a lead side pattern for you. Relaxing and letting your swing flow is the way to go, think Ernie Els. The trail side pattern is a little more physical and more of a power play. Think Tiger, Finau, and Rahm. Upload a swing, and we will be happy to look and guide you along the way.
