How do you turn the lift hip back during the down swing
I just don't understand how you turn the left hip back easily on the down swing without using your right hip to do it? I'm a right handed ex tennis player and everything after the forward step or weight shift for me happens due to the instigation of the right side. But in your videos Chuck, you say if you push with the right foot it throws your right hip towards the ball and then you have to extend your body to hit the ball. It's then hard to stay in your posture. But, If you just turn your left hip, doesn't the right hip then follow it thus bringing the hip towards the ball? Please help me figure this out..
