The videos aren’t synced very well, but sharing anyway. I am finding that if I don’t introduce at least one swing thought that I eventually try to power the swing with my arms. My one and only thought at this point is to tell myself to relax and get off the merry go round before my arms do anything. I hope this is right. A couple questions to Chuck, Craig or Chris. Am I getting my hips open enough now? If not, I may need some pointers to progress further. Secondly, I think I have lost feeling like I am squatting into the lead leg. If I need to do that more, is it as I am coming off the merry go round? One last thing, I think there may be a little chicken wing creeping in here, what am I doing that might create that if so? Thanks, David

Overall looking good. Your arms get a little deep and flat and it's easy for that to pull you out of position when you overdo it and make it hard to avoid a lot of tension in the shoulders.
