Craig, Chuck, I'm glad you “introduced” the trail (right) side dominant.

Hi Craig, Chuck, I'm glad you “introduced” the trail (right) side dominant option (lead side did not work for me although I tried it for 2 years). But also combined with the MGR I have many times that I block it ugly almost a shank (really high to the right). Another thing what I noticed using the MGR because my underarm is pointing to the sky before you get out of the MGR (hopefully you know what I mean) the ball flight is very high (looks like an open face). What could be the cause of the blocks (“shank”) and /or very high ball flight? Do I need to have an aggressive release/turn of the hands?

Aggressive release/turn of the hands would go against the trail side release (see Tape Drill Video linked below). Sounds like you are driving off the MGR towards the ball. Make sure you still transition and when getting off you are going towards the target with the trail leg.
