The mgr is starting to become natural and as long as I remember to.

The mgr is starting to become natural and as long as I remember to. Turn fully I am starting to see good results this is all from the right side. Previously we used the left knee to initiate the down swing So as I am progressing do I start to get the left and right working in unison this would be when we are getting off the mgr or should our focus always be the right foot

If the pressure is moving correctly in the trail foot the weight shift will happen automatically. The goal would be not to let the lead leg/knee impede the natural motion to take place. When getting really advanced you can use both sides to may getting off MGR more aggressive.
