The video about the relationship and distinctions of the dead drill and the axiom was very helpful. The 7-10 on my right foot is my problem area and Chris sent me the the clam shell drill which was really helpful. I struggle switching from right hip to left hip on transition. What specific muscles do you feel engaging in transition. Is it left inner thigh and left glut. Or is it best not to think of the muscles engaging?
