Hi Craig. Further to my last review, can you explain the likely reason why the heel of my lead foot "steps in"? It looks to me that it is when I'm finishing my turn back and the heel can't hold against the torque in my hips. I've looked back through my videos and it looks like it started when I switched to the AXIOM drill. More importantly, how do I stop it? I'm controlling it at the moment by not transferring as much weight to my trail side but that doesn't seem to be a good idea. Your advice would be appreciated. Excessive weight shift or hip turn back can cause the issue. With it only starting during Axiom I would have to blame some of the arm exaggeration going back because you feel that you need the lift to reach that far, or trying to get around the outside of the trail foot too much going back.
