Just joined and plan to stack steps as the program mandates. However, I watched free videos before and have tried to incorporate into my swing... My question - does the backswing always start with the right shoulder or is it permissible to start and move a few inches with your arms and then pull the right shoulder back and continue according to the RS methodology? This trigger seems to be much easier than starting with the shoulder. Thoughts?

Hello Jeffrey. Ideally, you would start the swing with a little weight shift (My Golf Backswing Secrets Video), or get those obliques involved early (5 Minutes to Master Rotation Video).
