Getting my hips to pivot on plane is a real struggle for me, the more I feel.

Getting my hips to pivot on plane is a real struggle for me, the more I feel like I adduct from the right side the flatter they turn, its not that i just see it watching the mirror, i can really feel how the adduction pulls my left hip around horisontally. I watched "Do You Start Backswing w/ Hips or Shoulders?" Again and picked up on the drills chuck had the student do and standing on just the right leg i feel like I can get the turn going without changing my tilt but as soon as I do the same motion with the left foot on the ground it no longer wanna turn under and just moves straight out. One thing that has worked as i've been experimenting is that I start the takeaway by pushing from the left leg instead this way i feel I can better control the start direction of the left hip and as i land on the right side i maintain the tilt, allthough doing this i feel nowhere near as loaded on the right side but does it matter? I feel like most my power and also getting on the proper plane in the downswing comes from just having the correct tilt so i can really load and pull from my left side in the downswing, but am i missing out on something if my right side isn't getting its max load. To be clear, pushing from the left foot to start the downswing, it isn't like I stay on the left foot and do a stack and tilt, i still get pressure over on the right side, the hip socket just doesnt become as loaded when i help the movement from the left.

I've had players experiment with the lead led/side push to start the backswing. Like you mentioned. As long as you load and you still keep some healthy tension to get back to the lead side. It may be something worth trying. Keeping the hips dynamic and rotating them on plane is important. I don't fear a little of where your brain is with this right now.
