I spent time at the practice range today.

I spent time at the practice range today. Working on the concept in the book Inner Game of Golf by Timothy Galway and incorporating it with merry go round description used by Chuck. Focused by repeating on the merry go round off the merry go round as i swung the club. This helped me to keep the thought simple, as I swung back I thought on the merry go round and as I transitioned I thought off the merry go round. This allowed me to free up my swing, reduced tension and allowed an improved release. After set up I never once thought about hitting the ball. I recommend people borrows or buy the same book to get a better understanding of how it works and can help you. Feel and real are to different things but need to be combined to make golf enjoyable. Chuck what do you and your teaching pros think of this book?

Hello Ed. I haven't heard of this book. I will check it out. But, I like hearing getting back to feel and calming down that space in-between the ears.
