Exactly what happens.

Exactly what happens. On follow through I fall of balance and chicken wing helps maintain balance. Look at previous post on swing tension and difficulty maintaining a straight left arm. I believe I need to keep grip tension around 2 throughout the entire backswing and follow through. Any suggestions?

Hello John. Grip pressure will increase throughout the swing. It will tend to start at a 2 and work to an 8 into impact. However, it usually means you are overworking the trail arm, or using excessive force instead of allowing the club to release with momentum pulling you through.
