Craig, just looking at "Mo Martin - 14' Woman's British Open Champion"; would you explain the advantage of using left thigh muscles (for right hander) to drag and initiate weight shift to left side/leg versus just stepping down on left foot to initiate/complete weight shift? Thanks.

Hello Jeren. Both may achieve the same thing. However, sometimes stepping players can still underdo the shifting. Pulling with the inner thigh adductors helps make sure the hip socket is pulled into a safe/stacked position. This motion also allows for a slight increase in tilt (secondary axis tilt) to shallow out the club. If seen lots of players stomp, but not transfer enough mass.
