4 of 4 drill questions: I like to think of this drill in 2 phases - slow and at speed. I'm still trying to master the slow. 1) Is the main goal during the slow reps to train your body to start your weight shift toward the target at the moment when arm is parallel to the ground? - this is much earlier in my backswing sequence than I've ever done. 2) While doing slow reps we know that the angle will not increase much at all. However, should I still I expect my hands and shaft to end up at the optimal checkpoints? Or can I expect them to not quite end up in the right spots due to lack of speed/momentum/angle? Thanks!

Hi Erik, Yes, that is correct. This is very much in line with a 9 to 3 swing. So as the lead arm gets to parallel, start unloading to the lead side. When you start working on completing the swing, you want the loaded trail leg and coiled upper body sensation to be the triggers to start moving back to the lead side. At slower speeds you should still be able to get the club into the same positions. Maybe NOT as dramatic but close to it. Post up some videos if you want, and I will take a close look for you to see how things are coming along. Hope you are getting some great success with the drills. Ct
