I have noticed that during the transition (squat to square), the lead heel.

I have noticed that during the transition (squat to square), the lead heel moves forward a little bit ensuring weight shift and lateral move. I think it is consistent with winter golf swing training program on the site. Am I wrong on that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EwJjV0YX10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJIcGvAhUV8

Hello Kyaw. The weight during the transition will move a little more towards the ball of the lead foot and then back towards the heel. This way you can make the post up dynamic.
