Regarding the bootcamp : I would like to ask about the head position during.

Hi Regarding the bootcamp : I would like to ask about the head position during the swing and at impact. Should the head always be behind the golf ball ? If so, it means that the lower body is the only part moving towards the lead side and behind you, creating secondary axis tilt at impact ? Or should the entire body shift to the lead side (stacked) ?

Hi Anders, The upper body will move off the ball slightly when loading into the trail side, in transition when the hips are shifting back over to the lead side, you want the head to come back to its original position OR slightly in front of where it was when it started. The head should remain down and still at this point long into the release. Once the hands have past above the hip line on the lead side, the head can begin to swivel and you will start working into a finish position. Hope that helps clarify. Ct
