Good morning Craig, I finished phase 3 and now start phase 4 training.

Good morning Craig, I finished phase 3 and now start phase 4 training. Not sure how to judge the shots in this phase. Is it still only solid hits or do you also have to judge the intended trajectory and direction of each shot? Also would like to know what to do with the intended distances in the graph, do you have to improve their also or are these just indications, depending on the ( avarage) swingspeed you can produce? Thanks for helping! Friendly greetings, Marcel

Hello M.Bal. The goal right now is to refining your positions while maintaining consistency + distance. You want to keep judging the quality of shot. Dialing in trajectory and yardage control. Those will be just indications, but strive to keep getting more distance without sacrificing your previous checkpoints. Your stock swing should start to become much simpler to repeat which means you can perform faster without it breaking down. Yielding some more pop and consistency.
