Chuck , Loved the swing catalyst review of tour pros pressure shift from horizontal to rotational and then vertical. Could you do a similar video or just explain to me what that looks like in regards to pressure changes in your feet ? It seems like when I do my horizontal move my weight is in my lead leaf heel and that’s not what it looks like the pros do. Thanks

Hello Jon. Sometimes players go straight back to lead heel during horizontal phase in an effort to maintain tush line. You will work more from the ball of lead foot and into heel very quickly, but the shift shouldn't be straight into the heel. I would do some body only combinations of DEAD 1-3. This way you can focus on the foot work. Also, take a look at Learn Perfect Weight Shift in Your Socks Video. This will be a good way to feel you foot pressure correctly.
