Craig, Just watched a youtube video which endorsed a body release as opposed.

Hi Craig, Just watched a youtube video which endorsed a body release as opposed to a hands release which is the rotary swing method....and it seems to me that this would be more suitable for the average golfer as it doesn't rely on timing the release so much. Would you comment on this? I think for me that I strike the ball better using a body release which is what I do when I want to hit a fade, keeping the hands from turning over through impact.

Hello Jim. Working with more of a fade ball flight can lend itself towards a body release. However, there are a lot of drawbacks when it comes to power and injury prevention. I can explain more but watch this video first.
