Craig. Further to my review today.

Hi Craig. Further to my review today. I've taken some frames from Kinovea that show my hands and wrist angles through impact that you can't see on the review. This is the main thing I am trying to sort out now. It looks to me like I'm still flipping through impact but I really can't figure out why. It is better without the ball but I still don't get the level of extension that I see from Chuck's example. With more knuckles down I increase the hinge at impact but I still flip. Any ideas of how I diagnose or things I should try? Thanks, Neil

Try to keep the lead elbow staying down the target line a frame longer. If you flip and the lead elbow externally rotates really quick it will stall and have that chicken wing look or effect.
