Started phase 1 of C4 couple of days ago.

Started phase 1 of C4 couple of days ago. Posting a video let me know if I am doing it right. I know I am lifting my foot, trying not to but it does lift with the momentum I think. But the balls are going straighter and the check points are good. Any suggestions?

Hello Yash. 3 Items to make this better. You are a little stiff. Relax and touch. The wrist/arms shouldn't be dead locked. Maintain a little more trail knee flexion in the backswing. Head needs to stay down at impact. The trail foot lift really isn't momentum. For the speed and size of swing to lift the heel would be more a manual move.
