Happy Labor Day!

Happy Labor Day! Just starting back after having my gallbladder removed just three weeks ago. Just getting started in phase three of the C4 system. Looking to find out what I need to tighten up on to get the most of this drill.

Hello David. I hope you are recovering from surgery successfully. Looking at the move. The hips are tending to over rotate a little going back and in transition you need to shift more weight/allow lag to increase vs throw the angle away too early. I would make the move a little smaller and focus on the weight shift/lag increase (9 to 3 Lag Building Drills) will help. Hope you have a great holiday weekend.
