Is there any research that a 10 finger grip is better for trail side release?

Is there any research that a 10 finger grip is better for trail side release? I just feel I have a lot more control with my right hand by doing this? For context, I have always kept my hands very passive through the release. I also have a tendency to cup my left wrist at the top of the backswing and while I have addressed that by fixing my right arm flying out at the top of the backswing (chicken wing), I have years of the left wrist cupping feel natural. Going 10 fingers makes the right hand more active and seems to fix some bad habits and facilitate a trail side release better. Am I thinking about this right?

Hello Vikram. I'm not sure that it has more advantages over the interlocking grp. But, the 10 finger puts a lot more trail hand on the club. Since you are using it more actively now it would makes sense why it feels better.
