Rotary instructors what’s your opinion on lifting your left heel on the.

Hey Rotary instructors what’s your opinion on lifting your left heel on the backswing I’ve started doing it and yeah it’s helped. I typically do it at the of the backswing then slam my heel down which initiates the downswing followed by torso then arms/shoulders. I think it helps a lot so looking forward to your thoughts

Hello Ronald. You may do this but be careful of a few pitfalls. Excessive weight shift in backswing with head moving, not maintaining enough lead side tension to rebound in transition and also starting transition a little too late according to pressure movements. Nothing wrong with a little lift if used correctly.
