I know it was briefly mentioned in another video on the site, that at P2 the forearms (from FO) should be close to each other (like Chucks are here), and that you guys use that as a checkpoint when evaluating a swing. I always have a huge gap between mine; what does this indicate, being so out of whack so early in the swing? Where can I get more info about this?

Could be a couple things, but if it's the right way above the left than that typically is a big shoulder tilt

I notice that Chuck sets up with his left elbow internally rotated pointing down the line. Is this so it can be maintained in the downswing?

Hello Liam. Ideally the elbow pits will be pointed away. You don't want to overly preset the lead elbow directly down the target line.
