Hi Rotary Swing Community, can you review my swing below and give your feedback? I made it 10x slow and added some annotations. I think my back swing is good, but my transition and downswing are out of sequence. Based on my own interpretation, I did not drop the club to the "slot" before the release, so I was performing an out-to-in swing and ending with the "chicken wing". Am I right? What would be an effective drill to drop the club? I feel like my downswing is triggered immediately when I initiate the "sit" feeling. Coaches - I only have one camera, so I can take either a face-on video or a DTL video but not both. If I upload this DTL video for swing review, would it work? Do I have to upload a face-on video? Thanks!

Hello Jian. Ideally we would like both views. But, we can work with what you can get camera wise. You can use your phone, etc for Face On. Doesn't have to be the same swing. It would provide a better overall picture. However, in the meantime focus on the Magic of Supination and How to Coil Videos. First, start shallowing the club more with the trail arm more with the Supination Video. Once, you get that feel focus on how the core (from the coil video) will transport that into impact. You're not rotating enough in the downswing because you fire the arms and the club gets steep from the top in transition.
