I have a question about weight transfer.

Hi, I have a question about weight transfer. I have heard that you want 70-80% of weight on your back foot during the backswing, 50/50 at the very top of the backswing, and 70-80% on your front foot before impact. My question is with the rotary swing, do you teach keeping a majority of your weight on the back foot until the squat to square (start of downswing), or to start transitioning more weight to the lead foot before completing the backswing? Thank you!I

Hello Brett. You will start the downswing sequence just before completing the top of the backswing. Take a look at the video I linked below.
