Here is my new swing.

Here is my new swing... definitely have struggled with lag and release in the past (getting clubshaft at parallel on right thigh on downswing and getting hands forward at impact). I tend to flip at impact and not sure if its partially due to my slight impairment of lack of full extension on my right elbow (and slight impairment of pronation/supination in my right forearm as well) due to a childhood injury. However, now getting good pop on the ball (but ball tends to start out right of the target as of late). When I combine 'pet the grass right hand' drill with good impact positions, this is my swing. Any comments appreciated. Thank you!

Lots of great stuff there Jonathan. It may be due to your childhood injury. However, if you can sneak a DTL on this post. It will help my further diagnose the situation. In the meantime, you could use the Tape Drill to help maintain a slight bit more flexion in trail wrist to reach the touch more forward shaft lean position.
