Craig phenomenal webinar on the backswing take away that you did just two days ago.

Hi Craig phenomenal webinar on the backswing take away that you did just two days ago. If you could please expand on After you’re done with the takeaway and you talk about the flexion what muscles are engaging to do the flexion because then it seems like you’re using just the arms to raise it into a higher vertical position am I missing something thanks so much

Hello Bruce. Thank You. You are correct. Flexion of the bicep will happen later as I reach the top. From the takeaway I am using more shoulder elevation and my lats to keep the arms working up and in front of the sternum. Take a look at the 4 Square Drill. Perfect for this demonstration.

Made a big difference in my swing and added ten yards to my irons. Biggest problem is when using the driver I tend to go back to old habits of bending my left arm even though I think the right arm is flexing less than 90 degrees. Do you have any thoughts or exercises that can help me feel keeping that left arm straight without putting passion into the left arm?
