Click on Forgot Password? under Member Login found in the upper right hand corner of our homepage, RotarySwing.com.
Enter your email address and then click on Create New Password.
An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
Click on Member Tools under the Menu and then click on the link that you need to make a change to.
Change email address
Go to our homepage but do not login as yourself. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose the Premium Membership term you wish to purchase, monthly or annual. On the next page you will type in the recipients full name, email address and create a password for them.
Important Note: If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for the renewal of the recipients subscription you need to cancel their subscription immediately after the purchase. To do so go to Member Tools/My Account/Manage Subscriptions/Cancel Subscription. This will cancel the auto-renew but it will not remove their access to the website until the end of the term in which you purchased. Also, your credit card information will not be seen by the recipient
KEEP IN MIND THAT THE PERSON RECEIVING THIS GIFT WILL IMMEDIATELY GET AN EMAIL WELCOMING THEM TO ROTARYSWING.COM.
Click on Member Tools under the Menu and then click on My Account/Manage Subscriptions/Cancel Subscription
Please note that you will continue to have premium access to the website until the end of your billing period.
If my membership runs out then I sign back up, will my favorites, notes, and swing reviews be saved?
Yes, as long as you sign back up with the exact same email address.
When you first sign up, you can expect to receive a welcome note and then another email every few days after that to tell you about some of the cool stuff available here.
After your first month, you'll usually get two emails per week. We always send an email when we release new content and try to bundle other bits of information in those to keep your inbox from being overloaded.
If you wish to no longer receive our email you may click on Unsubscribe found at the bottom of all of our emails.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
For Premium Membership subscriptions, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit/debit cards, and you can safely enter your card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including card number, name, etc. so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
We believe that transmitting encrypted card information through this method is significantly more secure than sending them through a fax, phone call or regular mail (none of which are encrypted and are far more easily intercepted).
We do not store your card information. Our fully PCI-compliant payment processor stores it.
You may change your subscription term at any time. To do so click on the Menu/Member Tools/My Account/Manage Subscriptions/Change Subscription Term. And please note that if you have time left on your current subscription term it will automatically be added to your newly purchased term so that you receive all of the time that you paid for.
