Membership and Account Questions

Under Member Login, select I forgot my password.

You will then be asked to enter your email address, select Create New Password.

An email will be sent to you to complete the password reset steps.

Select Member Tools - Account and select one of the following options:

Edit profile

Change password

Change email address

Simply register the recipient's email and create a password, make sure you are signed in as them and select a subscription term and checkout.

If you do not want your credit card to renew the subscription for the gift, please go to Member Tools - Account - and cancel the subscription. The recipient will still have premium access until the end of the paid term.


The login info for your video membership does not work in the old Golf Forum (the new forum uses your regular membership username and password), Store, or Blog. You need to create new usernames and passwords in those areas.

Select Member Tools - Account - Manage Subscriptions

Under Current Subscription, select Cancel Subscription

You will continue to have premium access until the end of your billing period.

Yes, as long as you sign back up with the exact same email address.

When you first sign up, you can expect to receive a welcome note and then another email every few days after that to tell you about some of the cool stuff available here.

After your first month, you'll usually get two emails per week. We always send an email when we release new content and try to bundle other bits of information in those to keep your inbox from being overloaded.

Remember that you can simply unsubscribe using the link from any of our emails.

Although we'll hate to see you go, we make it as easy as possible. In fact, you don't even have to contact us. You can do it whenever you want just by signing in and going to this page: https://www.rotaryswing.com/unsubscribe.php

Could it be any easier than that?

No. We used to offer that but removed those options for several reasons:

  • Simplicity: 70% of our users chose renewing options and offering both caused unneeded confusion.
  • Convenience: We often received complaints about how challenging it was to remember to renew, get signed back up, etc.
  • It's a cinch to cancel: It takes about 15 seconds to cancel by going to https://www.rotaryswing.com/unsubscribe.php.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

For Premium Membership subscriptions, we accept all major credit/debit cards, and you can safely enter your card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including card number, name, etc. so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

We believe that transmitting encrypted card information through this method is significantly more secure than sending them through a fax, phone call or regular mail (none of which are encrypted and are far more easily intercepted).

We do not store your card information. Our fully PCI-compliant payment processor stores it.

There are lots of differences, but these are the 2 main ones:

  • The 25+ videos included in the Free Membership give you the basics plus an idea of the detail included in the Premium Membership, which offers 300+ HD videos of in-depth material.
  • The Premium Membership allows you to post questions for our instructors, purchase swing reviews, and gives you access to all of our Premium videos including the DEAD Drill.

A Premium Membership gives you full access to everything on the site AND in the app.

An in-app subscription only provides access to the videos in the app.

The option to change your subscription term can be located Member Tools - Accounts - Manage Subscriptions and Payments - Change Subscription Term. As long as you complete these steps before your renewal date, the system will update and change over to the new term
