How great would it be for all golfers if this video would be played all day in every clubhouse in the world? Greetings, Marcel

Chuck, I have a question about myelin and how age of a person is affected by the learning process. I am 72 years old and I want to know if the learning process (muscle memory) is going to be slower for me. Do you have any information on this? Having asked that, I have ran across a mushroom extract (Lion's Mane), which has some claims that may help me in that aspect. Here is what they claim "may" be beneficial to those taking it. "Potential for Neuroprotection: Studies have indicated that Lion's Mane may have neuroprotective properties. It has shown promise in slowing the buildup of plaques in the brain that are associated with neurodegenerative conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Some of the key benefits of Lion's Mane is its ability to lift brain fog, promote creativity, and improve sleep. This ability stems from its rich concentration of erinacines and hericenones. THESE TWO COMPOUNDS SHOW BRAIN STIMULATING ACTIVITY LIKE MYELIN REPRODUCTION AND SYNAPSE REPAIR. Because of this, many view Lion's Mane Extract as a natural mood stabilizer and stress reducer". Let me know what you think please.

Hello Jeff. Unfortunately, as we age we lack a little neuroplasticity. This does make it more a challenge to learn new movement patterns as we age. Doesn't mean you can't, just harder than a young child when trying to change/own a new concept. Lion's mane has been the talk for some time. I've had some students praise it and others say they couldn't tell a significant difference. I think it would be worth a shot especially since there hasn't been any reported major drawbacks.
