with this axium technique do you take the club back the same place and then alter the speed of the d/swing for each shot ?

Hello Michael. The goal is to feel the pacing a rhythm from the movement of the foot. The length of backswing can change depending on what feedback you are getting in the swing. You can keep it shorter and have more zip or make it longer and have a softer flow throughout the movement.

Hello Michael. You can but would need to be wary of shallowing the club too much and stability in the legs/feet. My suggestion would be How to Hit a Sand Shot like a Pro Video.

A DTL swing would have been useful here to see how much the hands and arms follow the axiom clockwise rotation.

Hello Jim. The shot will still follow the clockwise principles in the transition albeit a tighter motion since a shorter swing.

WoW! Definitely the hardest thing I've tried but, when I did it correctly I couldn't believe the distance. I'm definitely a hip spinner and work to hard for very little distance. I noticed for me when I lifted my lead heel it gave me a little me time to allow my arms to zip back up. I thought it was just a quick fix until I watched Erie again and noticed his lead heel of the ground. Any more advice (or videos) on how to relax to get those arms to zip back up?

Hello Scott. We are currently filming a lot for the data base for Axiom related movements. Stay tuned. A little heal lift isn't a bad thing, but excessive lift can lead to some issues.

Hello Peter. In a few weeks you will see a lot of videos and changes to the site. Warp speed on the backend to get our ducks in a row. Hang on tight.

Hi Craig, The biggest issue I have struggled with for what seems like forever is that my club steepens when hitting actual balls. It looks fine on rehearsals. I think the root cause of this is that I am a right hander who plays golf left handed (thanks to my dad who was a leftie). I think I have a deep instinct to feel everying through my right hand and when hitting tend to tighten my wrist and hit down in order to ensure contact. So my question is the following. From this video I take it that the club should be following the same path regardless of the length of shot? So would it be worth just starting small, not even "9-3" and just get used to using Axiom and checking on video that my club is coming on the right path (checkpoint being in line with trail forearm). Then once I've done that build up form there to half then 3/4 then full strokes?

Hello Martin. It won't be the exact same path, but the general vicinity. The counter clockwise motion to you will stay the same. You can certainly build up from the smaller version of the swing to help take out the lead pull/yank that is steepening the shaft.

Chuck, in the video you mentioned using the Axiom for ALL shots, including putting. Would you please elaborate on that: how to incorporate Axiom into the putting stroke. Thanks!

Where does AXIOM stands for? Is there an introduction video or is this the introductory video? Or is it a general word in English?

It is the literal definition of the word: a statement or proposition which is regarded as being established, accepted, or self-evidently true. When you experience the AXIOM for the first time, you realize it was a self evident truth all along. It was there staring us in the face.

Axiom works great for short game shots…floating wedge shots, thumping sand shots or running chip shots..it works great. Definitely a “feel” shot for different lengths of short game shots but it works great. Also reinforcing the Axiom movement for all shots is key for consistency. Using Axiom for short game will only improve my full shots..no doubt. Using the Axiom I’ve found that once the Merry Go Round starts…DON’T STOP and breed good swing sequencing with patience at the top for any shot. The Axiom is like the Calvary saving the day for golfers like me..it’s just great. Thanks Chuck.
