The shallowing of the shaft in the downswing - is that also something the Axiom can take care of?

Hello Asle. The clockwise nature of Axiom has to produce a shallow of the shaft/plane. Impossible to shallow out the club going counter clockwise.

I feel like this lesson was almost made for me. I had an indoor sim session the other day and my clubhead speed is really high (average at 112 with my driver), but I know I am still upper body dominant and not getting open enough with my hips at impact. I am certainly not as consistent as I would like to be. I am excited to work on these moves. Being a former college athlete still in my 20's, the throwing motion has always made sense to me and when trying this, my hip gets out of the way without thinking. Now I just need to drill this until it becomes natural in my golf swing.

In this video, Chuck talks about the cupping of the lead wrist to shallow the shaft. Is this a necessary conscious movement needed to shallow the shaft or is the proper weight transfer with post + passive arms enough? I feel the my arms/shaft in my swing so I am trying to blend the dropping/passive arms with the proper rotation and am struggling a little bit to blend the two properly. Just need more reps I suppose.

Hello Briton. Staying passive and shifting with chilled out hands will be enough to shallow. You don't want to start trying to create a lot of manipulated wrists positions to alter the plane.

Great video how does club face square up if skipping rock?

Hello Jeff. You are sequencing the body like trying to skip and throw a rock. However, the golf club when you start to stall out the body is designed to rotate. The club will square up itself when you stop pulling.

Hi, I'm left handed, but swing right handed. My right arm throw is pathetic. (and I've had a right shoulder reconstruction, and a broken right middle finger so my right grip is weaker than it should be). How do I replicate an athletic QB? I'm very left arm/shoulder dominant. Love this lesson but feel saddened by it!

Hello Jim. Don't worry so much about the arm. Focus more on the mechanics of the lower body. Do you tend to get steep because of excessive lead arm pull? You can quiet down the arms in transition by making the lower half the dominant part of the show.
