Anthony, I’m responding to your review of my swing but don’t know where to respond . You asked me some questions regarding my typical shots. I definitely hit pull hooks, slices etc. I’m also trying to figure out which system would be best for me. I watched to goat code but when I use my wrist at the top I dont think I totally understand it.

I fully understand the concept (though the reason for watching this video is that I wanted to understand „pull/push“ in terms of flight direction of the ball ). However, the „throw the ball“ drill is what? I guess pushing!!

Hello Stephan. Pull/push for directional flight is a different subject matter. Typically, the pull will be from getting step and manually releasing the hands. Push is usually spinning shoulders which can leave the face open especially with tense hands.

I completely understand the “pulling” of the right shoulder blade for the backswing. However, what am I “pulling” for the downswing? Am I pulling the left side down to the squared position?

Hello Bryan. The legs and core will be doing most of the work. The lead lat will aid in bringing that arms/hands in front of the chest. However, the legs/core do most of the heavy lifting with a little help from gravity. Take a look at the Frisbee Drill and Dead Drill Step 5.
