Introducing a perfect way to track your golf swing change progress with the new RST Performance Rating Center.
Hey guys, Chuck Quinton here showing you our newest feature and newest addition to RotarySwing.
com, the Performance Center or your Swing Rating.
And what this is, you can access it up here once you get a swing review.
It's under your Swing Reviews menu.
Your instructor who reviews your swing will go in and grade 10 different sections of your golf swing.
So that you can start tracking them over time and start seeing your progress.
So you just go to Swing Reviews and go to Performance Center.
And once you do a Swing Review, you'll be able to see this.
And what you're going to see is ratings for 10 critical areas of the swing.
Setup, takeaway, backswing, top of the swing position, transition.
And if you're in the Performance Center, you can mount, once you get your first review, you can mouse over these and you'll see what they mean, the scale that they're on, what a good score would be and so on.
Lag, downswing, impact, release, and weight shift.
So I've got a sample one up here that we're just using to kind of demonstrate everything.
So you can see that on these, we have a score for each aspect of the swing on a rating from 0 to And what this is going to do, your goal is to get over 80 on every single section of the swing.
So your instructor, of course, is going to help you work through the swing in sequence.
That's obviously the best way to do it.
And now, of course, there may be times where your instructor says, well, you know what, your takeaway is not that bad, your backswing is not that bad, but your impact position is really killing your swing.
That doesn't mean he wants you to ignore continuing to work on improving your takeaway and backswing.
He just may be focusing on a different area because maybe you're just playing a lot right now.
It's summer or you've got a tournament coming up and so we're not going to grind on certain things.
But the swing performance rating center does.
It takes you right from the beginning all the way through.
It doesn't allow you to skip ahead.
So what you're going to notice at the bottom here is, it's going to say, my top three swing priorities in order of importance, based on the RST hierarchy.
And so what the system does is it goes through and it looks for a score of 80 or better.
And if it's not, it's going to give you a little box saying, hey, you know what, your setup's not very good and you need to keep working on it.
And so it's going to give you your top three priorities.
Of course, use this in conjunction with what your instructor gives you.
But the system is automatically going to say, look, your setup, takeaway, and backswing are three things that need attention.
And you'll notice here that two of them are yellow and one of them is red.
And that's because my backswing score, as you can see here, is 65.
It's below 70.
So that's a big no-no.
These other two are above 70 but below 80.
So they still need my attention, but they're yellow instead of red.
So it's a caution thing.
But if you see red down here, you've got issues and you need to address it.
So if you click that, it'll just take you to a quick page and it will show you your backswing rating over time.
Now, of course, in this case, this is just sample data.
Hopefully, your backswing is not going to drop five points based on the work that you're doing.
So hopefully, you want to see this trending up over time just like you want to see anything else on a stock chart.
As it keeps going up, that means your backswing is improving and you're continuing to get better.
If you click the link over here, it's going to take you to the backswing videos.
So it'll take you straight into it and it'll take you right to the backswing videos.
So this is how the Performance Rating Center works.
Again, you need to get a swing review first so your instructor can walk you through and rate your score.
And every time you get a swing review, you're going to get an updated rating.
So this should be going trending up each section as you go on.
And our goal is to get this overall swing rating as close to 100 as we can get.
So hopefully, you guys enjoy this new feature.
It's going to help you track your swing progress over time.
And we'll see you in the Swing Review Center.
