How true it's that lifting weighs at the gym it can affect my swing? For example , I want go to the gym at 5:00 am and work on my chest and arms lifting weights And I play 18 holes at 1:00 pm in the same day, would the work out affect my swing? It's

Hello Francisco. They only way it will change your swing is if you are trying to find a feeling. Sometimes being amped up from a workout can change your tempo and feeling. But, if you are focused solely on activating and using the proper muscle sequence you should be fine.
