Hello Matt. If you have seen a big jump in CHS then you may need to check.

I’m fixing to shut down my golf for the year, and rebuild my swing using RST. As I go through the 6 week winter program, am I to stay away from hitting any golf balls until I finish the program, or do I do a 2 week step, and then head out to the range?

Hi Stephen, You don't need to stay away from the range at all. Just make sure when you go to the range you are using a mirror or camera to check the quality of your movements. If you aren't sure of what is actually going on when out on the range, then you will be making the rebuild process longer for yourself. Hope that helps.

Hello Matthew. I don't have a specific one for you. But, TPI does have some good content. I don't think you would be going too askew from RST with their routine. JoeyD Golf is probably one of the more popular ones right now. However, I don't know all of his content.

Hi Craig - I have studied the videos that you suggested from my last swing review and I have to say what a difference It has made - I hit the ball so much better on Saturday. My only problem is if I try and hit the ball too hard i pul lthe the ball to the left. Does this mean im still pushing with the right side?

Hello Steve. Great. I'm glad you hit the ball better! More than likely there is some push. But, 85% of initial ball flight is club face orientation. You might be shutting it down too quickly (the face) into impact.

I must say my swing has drastically changed and even the feel of the lower body working and the club speed is a huge leap, but I can't seem to take this swing to the course. Any suggestions?

Thanks. A little guidance on time for each set of exercises would be helpful for me. For best results, should I seek to spend a few weeks on step one and then move on to the backswing? You mention six weeks in the video series. Thanks.

Hello James. 2 Weeks for each core program video for a total of 6 weeks. The goal for any of our drills is to correctly perform at least 100 a day.

Love the idea of this upcoming winter series! Thanks! Any chance of adding a winter program for us golf simulator guys? Something to utilize with swing reviews? There is a large audience out here that has full blown simulators(FlightScope/Trackman/SkyTrak etc) looking for a program to become better players utilizing our simulator setups.
