Intro to Core Rotation in Golf Swing
Intro to Core Rotation in Golf Swing
Description
The rotating core is the "engine" of the golf swing and the primary mover of the entire swing. Once you've mastered weight shift, you'll want to start building your engine!

The core of your body is where all movement comes from in the golf swing. It is the rotation of the core that moves the upper torso and your shoulders, which in turn move the arms, which move your hands, which then moves the golf club. Got that?! It's this sequence that separates the pros from schmoes.
As you work on core rotation in your golf swing, make sure that you continue to work on keeping your arms very relaxed so that your body can be the star of the show.
